As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be accountable for managing the administration and organisation of projects, actions, activities and provide detailed planning.


You will lead a team of Project Coordinators to define and prepare clear and comprehensive action plans, resources, working within deadlines and to budget. You will be responsible for delegating workload and ensuring the Project Coordinators deliver a multitude of coordinating tasks such as works control reporting, scheduling, risk management alongside general administrative activities. Reviewing overall continuity and quality of delivery.


You will be an excellent communicator and people manager, adaptable, flexing to business needs, results driven with exceptional timekeeping. Primary duties are to ensure all project tasks are delivered on time, in budget and to defined quality standards.


Duties will include, but not limited to:



  • Lead a team of Project Coordinators

  • Conduct quality audits, 121 meetings and appraisals with Project Coordinators

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information

  • Monitor project progress and manage issues that may arise

  • Create and maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation, plans and reporting

  • Ensure standards are met through conducting quality assurance

  • Effectively communicate project status and milestones

  • Assess and analyse risk and opportunities


Ideal Candidate:



  • Proven experience in project coordination / management from conception to delivery

  • People Management

  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritise work load

  • PMP/ PRINCE 2 certification desirable

  • Ability to plan and create step by step schedules

  • Ability to interpret data and flow charts

  • Time Management with the ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of risk management and quality

  • Working knowledge of IT and Microsoft products including Excel

Team fit and excellent attention to detail skills are essential. You must be computer literate including experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
