We are currently seeking a dynamic and meticulous individual to join a modern and vibrant company based in a brand new office, locally in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge and wants to work for flexible and engaging management.


Responsibilities will include:



  • Providing diary management to the CEO

  • Ordering stationary and catering

  • Booking external venues for meetings

  • Writing agendas and minutes for weekly meetings

  • Helping to prepare presentations and format reports

  • Assisting senior leadership team members with adhoc projects


Previous experience in an administrative role is required for this opportunity, along with outstanding organisation and communication skills, the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise a busy work load. Working hours will be 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
