HOURS: 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday

SALARY: £24,000 - £26,000 DOE

Our client is recognised internationally for creating workplace and residential furnishings that inspire. Based in their impressive London showroom, our client is looking to add an additional Sales Support Executive to their ambitious and knowledgeable team.

The primary role is to support the sales department by ensuring that they are spending time in front of clients and that we are reacting quickly to quotations, image requests and presentations from furniture dealers, designers and the salespeople to maximise our opportunities.


  • Produce Quotations for Dealers

  • Presentations for furniture dealers

  • Image requests - dealers and designers

  • Sending out and replenishment of Spare parts - UK & Int dealers and end users

  • Brochure and finish sample (fabric, leather and hard) management

  • Showroom cover when the sales department are out or in meetings it is the role of sales support to cover the showroom and deal with clients and their needs

  • Ordering additional brochures on G-Link

  • Maintain Marketing Brochure PDFs, Certification, CAD symbols and line drawings

  • Producing sales figures - UK

  • Gatekeeper for UK and International databases

  • Management of Product Updates

  • Maintain image library

  • Management of stock on G-Link

  • Management of loan forms, photograph showroom product and attach to product returning to warehouse. Liaising with furniture dealer for collection and return, following up with dealer if goods not returned or returned damaged.

  • Manage periodic service run for loans, deliveries and repairs and showroom updates


  • An ambitious and well-presented individual with good attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills - clear and accurate spoken and written English

  • Confident people skills, able to build a rapport remotely

  • Proven ability to plan, manage and execute multiple tasks and projects

  • Previous sales support experience
