Sales Support Administrator - Salesforce

£23-29k (depending on experience)

Successful, international and well-regarded IT business based near the beautiful St Katherines Dock Marina is looking to recruit 2 experienced Sales Support Administrators to join their team immediately!

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and act as the Administration support for the busy sales team. It is a new role for the department and they are looking to recruit 2 new administrators so it's a great time to join.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a variety of sales administration duties within the business and taking responsibly for ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately.

The company use Salesforce and this is a large part of the role so please only apply if you have previous salesforce experience.

Key Duties:

  • Supporting the sales team

  • Sales Order processing for large and small projects

  • Verifying all sales and checking across the system

  • Supporting contract renewal process

  • Purchase order processing

  • Updating and maintain accurate records in Salesforce

  • Liaising with customers on the phone and on email

To apply for this role you will have the following:

  • Salesforce experience - please make sure this is clear on your CV

  • Previous experience working in a sales administration/sales support role or as an Administrator supporting a sales team

  • Database skills

  • Customer service experience or experience liaising with client/customers via phone and email

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Be immediately available or on short-notice
