Job Title: Sales Administrator

Temp or Perm: £20,000 - £24,000

Location: Caldicot

Working Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm or 9am-5:30pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the team of our thriving client who are experts in design and manufacturing. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that helps the Company meet its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders in SAP

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries

  • Providing quotations for customers

  • Liaising with suppliers and building relations

  • Ensuring deliveries are met in a timely manor

  • Pre-sales and after-sales administration support

  • Providing reports and information for the Customer Service Manager

  • General administrative duties

Skills/ Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner

  • Strong IT skills

  • Good data analysis skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Experience using SAP (Preferable)
