Job Title: Sales Administrator


Salary: Up to £28,000pa


Location: Putney



Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their small, but busy team. You will be involved in many aspects of the business. Our client is looking for someone who is flexible and have previous experience within an office coordinator/sales admin role. They are a start up company who are growing fast and therefore need someone who is adaptable to this and eager to develop with the company.


They are looking for a person who can work on their own and take charge and technically 'run' their London office. A large part of your role will be dealing with the company's various Social Media channels and increasing the traffic to these.


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Collecting and reporting KPIs

  • Assisting in the setup of marketing campaigns

  • Maintaining social media profiles

  • Coordinate short term projects with multiple people involved using own initiative to reach goals

  • Assisting in reporting of financial data

  • Helping improve processes and problem solving

  • Creating and setting up Facebook ads



Skills and Experience Required:



  • Great attention to detail

  • Ability to travel when required

  • Social Media and online marketing experience

  • Creative thinking and initiative to come up with ideas to improve results

  • A technical mind that is good at solving problems

  • Incredible organization and time management skills

  • Exceptional admin experience

  • Knowledge of using Quickbooks

  • Exceptional English Skills - both written and oral

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse, model and interpret data

  • Strong collaboration and reporting skills

  • Attention to detail is critically important in this role

  • IT literate and numeral skills

  • Intuitive, intelligent and highly proactive

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Has experience setting up and managing Facebook ads
