Role: Sales Administrator


Location: Brighouse


Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (30 mins lunch)


Salary: £18,000 per annum


Benefits: 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (1 extra day for every year you are with the business up to 5 extra days), Pension scheme, Free parking 5 mins walk from office.



Our client is looking for a sales administrator to come and join their vibrant team on a permanent basis. This is a new role and a great opportunity for someone ready to grow and develop with a business.



Duties




  • Progressing orders via the company's bespoke app

  • Ensuring that pricing, product and delivery information are all correct

  • Liaising daily with installers

  • Working closely with the warehouse regarding timescales and stock levels

  • Replenishing stock when required

  • Booking in deliveries with couriers and chasing when needed

  • Provide customers with delivery updates

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries/enquiries in relation to customer orders

  • Inputting information directly on to Sage 100

  • General admin duties as required.




Experience & Qualities Required




  • Previous administration experience

  • Excellent work ethic and a keen eye for detail

  • Be proactive and demonstrate a "can do" attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages



The location would suit applicants who live in Brighouse, Elland, Halifax Huddersfield and Bradford.
