Sales Administrator - London Bridge


Hours 10-6

Successful, international company designing and manufacturing high-end products is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team immediately.

You will help manage the supply chain to ensure that each of the company warehouses based in the UK, USA and China are fully stocked with a range of products.

From placing POs with suppliers, arranging the shipping and liaising with the agents and warehouses, we need you to ensure that the company always have stock in each warehouse ready to ship.

You will also manage customer service and resolve inbound queries from B2C customers.

Daily Duties

  • Reply to consumer emails within 24 hours

  • Process product replacements in line with warranty guidelines

  • Keep a log of all faulty goods and report to relevant manufacturer on a monthly basis

  • Place orders for sales people and create/request relevant paperwork when needed

  • Sort any back orders according to the correct solution as agreed with Sales Manager

  • Support Supply Chain Manager by raising supplier POs as instructed

  • Monitor progress of new production runs to ensure they are completed in a timely manner

  • Book and arrange ocean freight collections from China for distribution to the UK and USA Check and approve shipment documentation

  • Monitor progress of shipments and update shipping tracker document accordingly, inform team of any potential issues of delays

  • Reconcile invoices against purchase orders

  • Suggest ongoing efficacies and process improvements

To apply for this role you MUST have the following:

  • Previous experience in sales administration or supply chain administration

  • Previous experience overseeing the administration of stock e.g. overseeing shipping, deliveries, liaising with manufacturing

  • Database experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Be immediately available or on short-notice
