Sales and Customer Administrator- Erith- £21,000

Monday to Friday- 9am-5pm

Please Note: Due to the location of this role, it is essential that you are a driver with your own vehicle.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders through a bespoke system and arranging for delivery. The customer base is a mixture of key commercial accounts, small domestic customers, agricultural communities and many more.

Duties will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers to process new orders or update on existing

  • Negotiating pricing for customers based on quantities

  • Arranging delivery

  • Processing orders through bespoke system

  • Working collaboratively with the team to support accounts

  • Building relationships with key accounts and customers to provide a friendly service

Skills necessary:

  • Great systems skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Experience within an office based sales or customer service role
