Office Angels Glasgow are working in partnership with a leading Construction business to assist with the recruitment of a multi-faceted role. The majority of time will be spent working as a Researcher and we are therefore looking for a skilled and enthusiastic professional to work for our client.


The opportunity itself is rare and for a skilled Researcher it will result in working for a company with an already established national presence coupled with an enviable reputation throughout the country for the high quality of work they do.


The key focus of this role is to identify and research prospective companies, qualifying their suitability and interest in order to establish how the firm can help them.


You will carry out in-depth research and develop in to the role by becoming accountable for building the marketing and business development processes for the organisation.


Responsibilities:-



  • Research current construction projects and business opportunities using the telephone, internet and other communication sources

  • Create case studies

  • Completion of PQQ's and Tender/bid questionnaires

  • Collating and maintaining a database of contacts

  • Develop and maintain a social media presence across various platforms

  • Maintain and update company website (training will be provided if necessary)

  • Networking and engage face to face with customers, as well as perform regular outreach over the phone

  • Organise seminars and events to boost company profile

Our client is based in North Lanarkshire and the hours of work are 9-5 (a degree of flexibility exists for the right candidate). As the role will include visiting sites on occasion and attending networking events a full driving license is essential.
