Office Angels have an exciting opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our award winning team based in Lime Street. Working as part of a busy and friendly team you will be responsible for servicing one of our busiest clients, providing a first class service to both the client and our candidates. This role is perfect for somebody who is looking for a role in recruitment without the sales!


Working hours are 8am-4:30 * please note you will be responsible for an out of hours telephone service on occasion*

Duties include but are not limited to:



  • Managing staffing requests from the client in regards to temporary vacancies covering multiple sites across London

  • Interviewing and registering candidates for the job requests from the client

  • Covering an out of hours telephone to fulfil job roles for the client on a last minute basis

  • Managing a VMS portal on behalf of the client to submit candidates to vacancies

  • Business development to enhance opportunities with the client

  • Managing a portfolio of 50 candidates out working weekly

  • Managing invoicing and billing for the client

  • Producing marketing for both candidates and clients

  • Attending business review meetings with the client

  • Working on recruitment campaigns with the client

  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required


The ideal candidate will be:



  • Hard working and able to prioritise competing deadlines

  • Self-sufficient and motivated to succeed in a fast paced, challenging environment

  • IT literate with the ability to run multiple internal systems at the same time

  • Able to deal with stakeholders at all levels with a professional and friendly disposition
