My client based in South West Warrington are looking for a Receptionist to join their team.

Responsibilities include

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Initial point of contact for any guests, queries, staff within the office

  • Manage office suppliers, stationary etc

  • Handling post

  • Managing the board room diary

  • Set up all meeting rooms

  • Meeting and greeting guests

  • Data entry

  • Expenses processing for the accounts department

To be successful you will have

  • The ability to learn quickly

  • Have proficient IT skills

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Ability to remain confidential at all times

Hours of work are 8.30am-5pm

Due to the area in which the office is based you must be a driver
