Position: Receptionist
Location: Central Bristol
Salary: £17,000 - £18,000
Term: Full Time Monday - Friday Various Shifts between 8am - 5:30pm

I am currently working with a nationwide client who is a leading call centre. You will be working in a fantastic modern building in central Bristol and benefit from a supportive team.

Your role will be varied and will include but not be limited to;

  • Being at the forefront of the company, meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and efficient manner whilst issuing security passes and ensure all the team have appropriate passes.

  • Managing incoming calls on the switchboard, transferring successfully and promptly therefore a professional telephone manner is key.

  • Booking meeting rooms and keeping them maintained as well as kitchen/communal areas

  • Receive and sort incoming mail

  • General administration duties
