Office Angels are currently seeking an experienced Purchasing Assistant to join a small but friendly department for a client of ours based in Medway.

This is a temporary role which will cover maternity leave with sort after part time hours with an immediate start date.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Checking invoices

  • Placing orders

  • Data Entry

  • Maintaining inventory control

  • Carrying out stock checks

  • Administrative tasks such as filing and labelling

Hours of work are 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday
