Are you results driven? Can you work to tight deadlines? Do you have proven experience in project coordination? Our client is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their growing team. As a Project Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Project Coordinator to define and prepare clear and comprehensive action plans and resources, working within deadlines and to budget. You will be responsible for delivering a multitude of coordinating tasks such as works control reporting, scheduling, risk management, alongside general administrative activities.


You will be adaptable, results driven with excellent timekeeping. Primary duties are to ensure all project tasks are delivered on time, in budget and to defined quality standards.


Duties will include but not limited to:



  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information

  • Monitor project progress and manage issues that may arise

  • Create and maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation, plans and reporting

  • Work with the Senior Project Coordinator to remove blockers and barriers to ensure progression of project work

  • Ensure standards are met through conducting quality assurance

  • Assess and analyse risk and opportunities

  • Effectively communicate project status and milestones


Ideal Candidate:



  • Proven experience in project coordination / management from conception to delivery

  • PMP/ PRINCE 2 certification desirable

  • Understanding of risk management and quality

  • Ability to plan and create step by step schedules and interpret data and flow charts

  • Time Management with the ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of risk management and quality

  • Working knowledge of IT and Microsoft products including Excel


We are interested in people who are confident, organised and able to use their own initiative with a "hands on" approach whilst being able to accept instruction. Team fit and excellent attention to detail skills are essential. You must be computer literate including experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
