Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Friday, 8:30am-2pm

Our client, a successful construction business based in Maldon, is currently seeking a Project Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail skills and the confidence to liaise with clients over the phone and face to face.


This is an extremely varied and exciting role. Working within the post-sales team, duties will include, but will not be limited to:



  • Ensure all contracts from clients are signed correctly and filed away appropriately

  • Call clients and chase outstanding documents so their file is fully compliant

  • Ensure all legal paperwork is completed to the standard required

  • Update internal spreadsheets with progress on documents required

  • Meet regular deadlines

  • Collect compliance documents from clients and pass on to the relevant person

  • Liaise with 50+ clients per project

  • Acknowledge funds, follow up with receipt of payment, ensuring all details are accurate

  • Arrange travel and hotels both in the UK and abroad

  • Document all purchase orders appropriately

  • Provide clients with regular updates on the progress of the project

  • Assist with regular events for clients, chasing RSVPs, sourcing catering businesses etc

  • Attend business marketing events

  • Take notes during conference calls

  • Occasional inbox management for the Business Manager when required


The ideal candidate:



  • Will have great attention to detail skills

  • Will have the ability to manage your own time

  • Will have the ability to multitask and work under pressure
