£8.21 per hour

I am currently recruiting for a Temporary Policies Administrator on behalf of our client based in Ilkeston. This is a part time or full time (flexible) position starting on Monday 14th October for approximately 2-4 weeks, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 - 5.15.

Duties will include but not limited in:

  • Working alongside our client to review and update the policies of the organisation.

  • Collating policies and move them into a new format

  • Reviewing and updating existing policies

  • Researching to find comparable policies and taking those examples and turning them into new policies for the company.

  • The work will also include some re-formatting to ensure a consistent look for the policies

  • Working on Sharepoint to reference and file policies

  • General admin and office support

  • Data Input

The successful candidate will:

  • Be friendly, professional and approachable

  • Able to work independently

  • Be very computer literate

  • Have a professional telephone manner and attitude

  • Be Highly organised and be able to use Microsoft packages

  • Fast learner
