£25,000 per annum



COMPANY: Construction

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.00pm

We're teaming up with a well-established company based in Anerley looking to recruit for a Commercial Secretary to join an established business.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Reviewing potential tender opportunities

  • Chasing quotations

  • Booking in new tenders and submitting them via couriers, email or portal

  • Sourcing and purchasing all building supplies for the business and the contractors

  • Solely in charge of all Supply Orders for the business including Building Materials, Stationary and Office Supplies

  • Sourcing quotations from suppliers

  • Approving and reconciling invoices

We'd love to speak to candidates with:

  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly the use of formulas (essential)

  • Effective Communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team

  • High attention to detail

  • Time management and Organisational skills

  • Ability to prioritise and to meet deadlines
