The successful candidate:



  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent*

  • MUST have experience within a Personal Assistant role within the property industry.

  • MUST have worked in a fast paced busy environment and able to prioritise work load

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Diary management and scheduling

  • INTERNATIONAL travel and accommodation bookings dealing with various time zones

  • Creating intense itineraries which are constantly changing and varying

  • Managing all incoming calls and passing on concise messages

  • Compiling reports and presentations

  • Assisting the team with any ad hoc administration

  • Undertaking land registry searches and property searches

  • Sourcing property information

  • Liaising with clients and external third parties

  • Arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls across time zones

  • Deal with all expenses and timesheets

  • Covering reception area during lunch breaks and holiday periods

  • Ad hoc administration duties to support the team and office

  • Processing visa requests for international business travel



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent*

  • MUST have experience within a Personal Assistant role within the property industry.

  • MUST have worked in a fast paced busy environment and able to prioritise work load

  • Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required

  • Professional appearance and mannerisms

  • Proficient in IT Skills and Microsoft package
