START DATE: Wednesday 23rd October 2019


TERM: 4 weeks


HOURS: 09:00am - 18:00pm (Monday - Friday)


PAY RATE: £15.00 per hour


DAY ONE RIGHTS: Tea, coffee, water, free fruit and bike store


LOCATION: Farringdon

This specific company is looking for a friendly, pro-active and bright individual to work alongside the Director of the company. This role is great for any candidate who has extensive PA/ADMIN experience and is looking for a great opportunity!!


They are looking for a candidate who is bright, confident, well presented, has strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, proactive, team player mind set, experience within admin, open, approachable, intelligent, driven, can hit the ground running, fantastic customer service and is ORGANISED.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Data entry into spreadsheets using Excel

  • Managing all in-coming phone calls and emails

  • Handling administrative requests from senior managers

  • Organising data/schedules using admin software

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

  • Security checks on incoming documents - photographing specific documents

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

  • Diary management


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Candidates must have excellent and accurate typing skills (40wpm), a professional telephone manner and ideally "switchboard" experience

  • Experience as an administrator/office coordinator

  • Professional, well-presented with excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Excellent computer skills - especially Excel.
