Job Title: Receptionist

Salary: £8.50 per hour

Hours: 8:30am to 17:30pm - Monday and Tuesday

To be considered for this position you must be available to start Monday 14th October.

Role Overview:

  • Meet and greet visitors

  • Answer all incoming calls for the office

  • Sign for and sort daily post

  • General Administration duties

  • Data Entry via Microsoft word and Excel

  • Respond to general queries via email and telephone

  • Scanning and filing when needed

  • Organise meeting room diary

  • Manage onsite parking
