I am currently looking for a Part time Personal Assistant to the Commercial Director. This is a permanent role, offering 25 hours per week (you will need to be flexible depending on business needs) the salary is negotiable depending on your experience.

As the Personal Assistant you will provide administrative, organisational and general support to the Commercial Director including:



  • Responsible for travel arrangements - national & international travel.

  • Complex diary management, including scheduling internal meetings and 121's for the Commercial Director.

  • ADHOC support duties for the Sales and Marketing managers.

  • Be extremely organised, who is able to put together full travel itinerary.

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

  • Putting together "pre reads" for upcoming meetings.

  • Manage expenses.

  • To get involved in arranging team events.

  • Experience of managing a team or having direct reports.

  • To manage budgets i.e. travel, hotel, couriers - be able to review and approve costings on Commercial Directors behalf via SAP.

  • Take the lead on all office Health & Safety.

  • You will be confident in exercising judgement in the absence of the Commercial Director.
