Hours - 21 hours per week, can be flexible with the days and hours

Are you looking for a part time position within support and administration? I am recruiting for a non profit membership organisation based in lovely offices a short walk from either London Bridge or Southwark station.

The successful person will be joining a small but friendly office with a real family vibe in the team.

Duties will consist of:

  • Supporting the Executive Director and team

  • Managing inboxes

  • Organising meetings and taking minutes

  • Diary management

  • Managing the IT - liaising with supplier

  • Ordering supplies for the office

  • Managing 3rd part supplier contracts - i.e.. Printers etc

  • Help organise events

  • Any other adhoc duties

Requirements for the role:

  • Looking for a part time role

  • Immediately available to start

  • Be a team player, happy to "muck in"

  • Able to work independently

  • Enthusiastic and proactive
