Our client is located right in in the heart of the City, a global organisation looking to expand their London team. They are seeking an Office Manager on a part time basis to join their professional and friendly team. This is a really varied support position and would suit anyone with a varied administrative background including finance/accounts. The successful candidate MUST have experience within a professional and corporate organisation.


They MUST have experience within a varied support role along with accounts **Ideally within Financial Services.



JOB ROLE: Office Manager/PA/Accounts


TYPE: Part Time


HOURS: 9.00am - 5.00pm (Flexible working hours) 3 days per week (flexible days)

INDUSTRY: Financial Services


SALARY: £16,000 - £19,000 *Depending on experience (Part Time Salary)

LOCATION: City of London - Bank Tube Station



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Provide calendar management to the partners and managers.

  • Executive secretarial support to senior members of staff

  • Administers correspondence, manages incoming telephone calls.

  • Accounts payable

  • Invoicing

  • Escalation on unpaid items

  • Tracking payments

  • Arranges business travel

  • Event management

  • Complete and submit business expense claims.

  • Prepares for meetings by booking conference rooms, providing refreshment, drafting agenda's and other materials.

  • Planning company socials and charity events

  • Ordering office stationary and supplies

  • Arranging and managing the courier services.

  • Posting and franking post.



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • MUST be educated to degree level or equivalent*

  • Extensive PA/Office management/Accounts experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Packages, especially Outlook

  • Must be able to show initiative

  • Proactive and a great work ethic

  • Confident, personable, articulate, well presented and professional
