My client is requiring a part-time 20 hour a week Office Manager/ PA. You must be flexible on the hours that you will be required to work. As these 20 hours could have a varied pattern week to week.

Duties will be,

  • General office management including facilities, ordering supplies, greeting visitors and ensuring meeting rooms are set up and any refreshments required are provided.

  • Scheduling meetings and booking out meeting rooms.

  • Answering phone calls and taking enquires

  • Distributing the post

  • All general admin duties

This role will suit someone who is looking for reduced hours but who will still be able to do extra hours if required.
