Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to work 26 hours Tuesday to Friday on a temp to perm basis starting immediately.

Role: Part Time Administrator

Hours: 26 hours a week - Tuesday & Wednesday 12pm - 5pm and Thursday & Friday 9am - 5pm.

Location: Meriden

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls.

  • Arrange and book courier in.

  • Process purchase orders into internal system.

  • Filing and Scanning on occasion.

  • General office duties and covering for holiday absence throughout the office.

Candidate Specification:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills.

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.

  • Good communication skills both written and speaking.

  • Good attention to detail.
