Your previous experience supporting Directors within a large company means you know just what to expect and you are able to juggle priorities and adapt to individual working styles which should come naturally to you. You enjoy and are able to build rapport and relationships with a diverse range of colleagues, suppliers and customers.


What will you do?


As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and be the main HR advisory support contact for the office, your days will be varied. Ensuring the Directors lives run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, your responsibilities will include:



  • Organising essential commitments of their day to day requirements into their diaries

  • Carrying out crucial and often time-critical administrative duties, in line with the individual needs of each director.



  • Work closely with the Director to ensure that tasks such as, reports, incoming post and correspondence, management of diary/meetings schedule and email, etc., are dealt with efficiently

  • Type letters, memos, board reports, schedules, etc., and follow up responses if require

  • Manage and assist with the recruitment process alongside the Central Recruitment team

  • Assisting with front-line HR advisory support in relation to employee relation matters, disciplinaries and grievances, in line with national HR policies and procedures

  • Assist with the probation process and letters
