Office Angels Reading are teaming up with a client who is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant into their team as soon as possible. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this sector.

The day to day duties in your new job will be…

  • Providing PA support for up to 3 Consultants, including managing their diaries, booking appointments, meeting and planning client visits

  • Proof reading and formatting of documents, including letters, risk assessments, audits, polices and procedures

  • Taking and writing up of minutes occasionally at internal meetings

  • Keeping up to date consultants work logs, trackers and databases

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate client information on the database

We'd love to speak to candidates with...

  • Good IT skills

  • Using MS Office, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Able to multitask and prioritise work load
