Job Title: PA to Executive Director


Temp or Perm: Permanent

Pay Rate/Salary: £28-30k


Working Hours: Full-Time

Job Description:



  • Diary management

  • Organising and scheduling meetings

  • Preparing meeting agendas

  • Minute taking

  • Booking travel arrangements for MD and other senior management

  • Managing expenses

  • Liaising with other departments/ staff members on behalf of senior management

  • Providing highly effective and efficient secretarial/administrative support to the MD


Essential Skills:



  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Good time management with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic, reliable and trustworthy

  • Understanding of data protection, security awareness and confidentiality

  • Good numeracy skills and a high level of accuracy

  • Strong IT skills
