DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Manage CEO and Deputy CEO calendar and full diary management on an annual monthly and day to day basis

  • Assist with preparation of reports, documentation, presentation and other materials

  • Arranging travel and accommodation for trips and full itinerary

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office, providing refreshments

  • Managing and booking the board rooms, conference call facilities for meetings

  • Acts as a secretary to the executive committee

  • Preparing agendas, meetings, taking minutes and following through on actions

  • Arranging venues and refreshments for board meetings

  • Assist with event planning, social team events and wider spectrum

  • Being an open voice to changes and implementation for better work procedures and environment

  • General office administration - day to day management of office space, office and stationary supplies

  • Managing and coordinating the annual company event



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Solid PA/EA Experience in a similar position and strong supporting background

  • Ability to deal with all levels of management and provide executive support

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Well-presented and spoken - strong telephone manner

  • Welcoming and personable for all guests

  • Excellent organisation skills, strong attention to detail

  • Keen to learn, help wider team, motivated, confident and approachable

  • Minute taking experience

  • Collaborative approach, ability to help build and hold relationships
