We are teaming up with an absolutely ground-breaking Digital Media company who are looking for employee a strong Office Manager for a maternity cover. We're looking for a fun, friendly and approachable individual with a creative and positive nature that energises the rest of the team and is highly organised.

You will be front of house where first impressions are everything, from answering incoming calls to liaising with clients. It is very important that the clients of this company have the best possible experience when working with them. They require a 5-star experience, you will need to be easy to chat to and engaging. You will also be responsible for keeping the office organised and looking its best.

Your day to day will be something like this:

  • Front of house; meet and greet visitors, answer and filter phone calls

  • Ensure the office is looking its best, keep on top of critical supplies (stationery, refreshments, coffee, drinks etc)

  • Organising all culture events in and out of the office - ensuring staff happiness!

  • Being the person that everyone comes to for help and advice

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, maintenance, our Building & Facilities Manager and cleaning team

  • Look after the clients that visit the office and provide a five-star experience!

  • Manage the parking facilities for staff and clients

  • Manage staff holiday allowances and log staff attendance

  • Assist with the company's HR processes

  • Manage a smooth onboarding and induction process, ensuring all new employees feel welcomed

  • Book conferences, travel and accommodation for staff

  • Finance admin; credit card receipt collection and reconciliation

  • Assist the Marketing & Events team with identifying delegates for events programme

We are looking for YOU if you are…

  • A bit geeky!

  • Have a relaxed but efficient personality

  • Obtain excellent social and communication skills (key in this role)

  • Have a background working in Media or in a Media/ Software development agency

  • Highly organised, resourceful and self-motivated

  • Enthusiastic about your role - no task is too big or small!

  • Reliable and discrete

  • The type of person who feels staff happiness is the most important aspect of good working successful business

  • You need to be on the ball, approachable and dynamic

  • Proactive with the ability to troubleshoot
