**Are you an experienced Office Manager who is available for an immediate start, looking for your next role within the Recruitment industry based in the heart of the West End?**


JOB ROLE: Office Manager


JOB TYPE: Temporary - Permanent


COMPANY: Recruitment


HOURS: 8.30am-5.30pm


SALARY: £35,000


LOCATION: West End, London


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Main point of contact for office visitors and office staff

  • Act as point of contact for all office related issues and engage appropriate 3rd party suppliers where required

  • This will include repairs, maintenance, supplies, moves and changes to any aspects of the office environment

  • Leasing with different IT suppliers for any aspects beyond normal service desk requests

  • Ensuring all areas are working on a consistent basis and that any and all faults are immediately escalated to key contacts within each supplier

  • Provide EA support to the CEO and CFO as and when required, Travel bookings, Accommodation reservations, Diary management, Meeting management, meeting room bookings

  • Management of the office receptionist and provide support to the role to cover sickness and holiday.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal. Communication should encompass good listening skills and presentation skills

  • You must be highly organised and capable of delivering multiple conflicting tasks in parallel against differing deadlines

  • You must be capable of managing and motivating the receptionist within the business to ensure all reception duties are delivered to a high standard - previous management experience is desirable

  • 2-4 years previous Office Management experience is essential for this role.
