Job Title: Office Coordinator
Location: Blackfriars
Salary: £22-£28k pa

We are proud to be recruiting for a friendly, bubbly and professional Office Manager to join our client's busy and fun team in central London.

As the perfect candidate, you will have a solid background in Office Administration/Management and be eager to take on whatever is thrown your way. This is a very varied role and we are looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills and is great at multi tasking and prioritise their workload.

Your duties will include:

* Reception/Operations : Dealing with visitors, post, deliveries, couriers, parking, meeting room management
* A link between Technical team and support teams in central London
* A representative of the HR team: looking after inductions, security passes, H&S, staff welfare, travel arrangements
* Liaise with building maintenance providers and cleaners
* Facilities coordination: stationery, kitchen/ bathroom supplies
* General housekeeping and stage management
* Administrative support to Directors based in office
* Occasional secretarial support (typing of letters and project related documents, project filing and archiving)
* Other administrative and support activities if so requested by line manager or a Director, subject to workload and timing (this may be related to company administration, HR, QA, Marketing, Training etc.)
