We're teaming up with a rapidly growing company in the heart of central Brighton who are looking for an all-round Office Administrator / Coordinator to join their team.



This is an exciting opportunity for you to come on board at a pivotal time for the company and grow within the position.


The role:



  • Ensure all contracts are in order with hard and digital copies obtained

  • Event Management

  • Research



  • Travel and accommodation bookings



  • Supporting the MD and Senior Management Team as required



  • Ensure all employee records and documentation is accurate for existing and new employees



  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety obligations

  • Manage relationships with contractors

  • Maintaining office supplies
