Office Assistant/PA Graduate - London Bridge

International High-End Lighting Business based near London Bridge is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, bright and dedicated Office Assistant/PA to join their Team!


We are looking to recruit a graduate who is keen to develop their Office Assistant/PA career and somebody who is available to start a new job in September


The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative/PA support to the Managing Director and Sales Admin team. From answering phones to arranging flights and accommodation, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.



Responsibilities will include:


Accounting for MD



  • Check banks and keep customer payment list up to date

  • Download weekly bank statements and upload to Google Drive

  • Expenses Invoicing

  • Post cheques in branch

  • Pay invoices as instructed by MD

  • Manage staff benefits in conjunction with external Benefit contractor - Health, Life, pension


Sales Support



  • Provide sales admin support - despatch notes, factory orders

  • Arranging couriers for collection

  • Upload sales invoices when provided by sales admin

  • Produce monthly sales report


Office



  • Answer the phone and direct calls to relevant person

  • Collect post/parcels

  • Answer the buzzer and let couriers in

  • Daily/weekly office checks - check health and safety

  • Maintain office equipment - Stationary/amazon orders

  • Book flights and accommodation

  • Monthly office stock check



To apply for this position you MUST have the following:



  • Some previous office-based experience

  • Be educated to degree level

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work

  • Be immediately available or on short notice
