Office Angels are currently working exclusively with an engineering support services business based on the outskirts of Southampton in supporting with the recruitment of an Office Administrator to help with administrative duties on a day to day basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years administration experience, working in a busy office environment, with a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will need to have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel as this is a large part of the role. You will be a team player, proactive, have good time management and experience in working to deadlines.


  • Financial planning

  • Keeping records up to date / updating of spreadsheets using formulas on Excel

  • Documentation distribution and logistics

  • Invoicing

  • Checking subcontractors hours and completing timesheets

  • General administrative duties to support the wider team

Hours are 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday, including a 30 minute lunchbreak.

Due to the location of the office a car owner would be essential, free parking onsite is provided.
