Our client has a unique opportunity for a passionate Office Administrator who can help manage office duties and tasks. They are a rapidly growing organisation and are in in need of someone to help organise and assist with a variety of administrative duties. This role demands someone to be versatile, hardworking and very adaptable. As they continue to grow, they expect this role and individual to flourish too and as a result can take on one of many paths from Finance, Marketing, Sales or overall Office Management.



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Route incoming enquiries and email, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail

  • Process and prepare documents such as sales proposals, purchase orders and customer invoices

  • Chase invoice payments and communicate effectively with the management team and customers of arrears and queries

  • Type, format, proofread and edit documents, records or other files to ensure accuracy

  • Executive Assistance Tasks to include;

    • Managing Calendars

    • Arranging appointments

    • Coordinating Travel

    • Hosting of Visitors and clients, with preparation of our Boardroom

    • Prepare Meeting agendas, attend meetings and transcribe minutes

    • Maintain Office Equipment in operational condition

    • Generally keeping the office organised, tidy and running smoothly





SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Good knowledge and usage of Microsoft Packages

  • Word

  • PowerPoint

  • Excel

  • Good Communications and Customer Services Skills

  • Telephone Manner

  • Organised and Participative
