About the role:

Every office needs a great Administrator to ensure that everything front of house and behind the scenes of a successful family office runs smoothly.
My client is a small, close knit team of 11 office-based staff and Directors and they are now looking to recruit a full time Office Administrator to support them Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm, with some flexibility on hours depending on business needs.
A client-facing and Reception based position in their beautiful offices on Hampstead High Street, this role would suit someone positive and friendly who has some Office Administration experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors
* Answering the telephones, taking messages and fielding all calls
* Managing directors' diaries
* Arranging meetings including ordering in catering when requested
* Organising UK and international travel
* Family PA duties of a personal nature
* Maintain and order office supplies as needed
* Manage outgoing post and special deliveries
* Photocopy and scan documents to Dropbox as required
* Liaising with charities, investment banks, asset managers and property agents
* Create agendas and take meeting notes
* Sorting post and distributing
* Organising staff refreshments and arranging business lunches

The Person:

This role requires someone organised and personable who enjoys a front of house role, all aspects of office administration and who has a methodical and thorough approach and enjoys organising the team. They are looking for someone with proficient skills in Microsoft Office, a friendly telephone manner, strong interpersonal skills and an all-round multi-tasker with excellent attention to the finer details, to provide confidential and professional support.
