Working for a rapidly expanding client in Brighton, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity for you to flourish in an established company who is a leader in its field.

Due to expansion and restructure, this role is a new opportunity to showcase your talent next to some of the best sales professionals in the business.

You'll be responsible for generating new appointments and building relationships with prospect clients. As a team leader your small but growing team will report to you directly.

The role:

  • Generating new business prospects along with existing and lapsed customers

  • Analysis of the customer's needs, selling solutions

  • Generating new business meetings for the Business Manager

  • Pipeline management

  • Working in a target driven, fast paced environment

  • Supporting 1-2 lead generators

About you:

  • Sales ability

  • Confident, approachable and personable

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines

  • Able to prioritise your own workload

  • Tenacious, tactful and approachable

  • Confident in gathering facts and statistics

  • Previous experience of leading and mentoring people

  • B2B lead generation experience

£21-£23k + Commission

8.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
