New Business Administrator

Company Background
Our Client is an established privately-owned asset finance company. The office is located just outside Exeter.

* Annual salary £20,000.00

* 5% employer pension contributions (Auto Enrolment)

Job Description
* Conducting of company searches, personal credit searches, land registry and insolvency searches and create proposal for underwriting

* To use our Sentinel Software to accurately create finance lease.

* To manage queries received from our brokers in a timely and accurate manner

* To liaise effectively with different departments in the company

* To thoroughly and accurately check and execute the lease agreements

* General administrative duties including filing, dealing with telephone and email queries from our brokers.

Skills required include
* An ability to work independently and within a small team

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

* Excellent communication skills being able to communicate in a credible manner

* Good prioritisation skills

* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office

* Ability to work in an FCA regulated environment

* Working hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
