Office Angels are currently seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to assist a client in Newcastle-under-Lyme for a new project. The role will be starting immediately and is expected to last at least 52 weeks.


The Receptionist / Administrator will be responsible for various things across the site including general administration duties, and being responsible for all administration on site, meeting and greeting people on site, preparing meeting rooms and refreshments, ordering stationary and signing people in and out from the site (H&S) and ensurin guests are correctly equipped.


The Receptionist / Administrator will be working from 8:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday with 1 hours lunch. The role will be working for 3 days per week initially whilst they set up the site and will go full time once the site is in full operation.


The role will be working on a construction site within the portacabin office so we need a candidate who is happy to adjust to any requirement and work in a diverse environment. We need a candidate who can take charge of all the administration and work in a proactive manner.
