What are they looking for?


We are looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join a successful business which caters to clients nationwide. They believe in truly helping you understand the business so that, in turn, you understand the importance of your role and why you are so important to them. Not only this, they want someone with experience and an interest in HR as they even want to fund someone through their CIPD training!


If you are organised, hands-on and ready for a new challenge, this role is perfect for you.


Please note that the business will also carry out a DBS check on the successful applicants so only apply if you know this is clear.



What can I say I'll be doing?



  • Managing inbox and responding to HR queries

  • Drafting and amending employment contracts daily

  • Updating system to reflect all new contract changes

  • Onboarding new employees on the system and ensuring all leavers are deactivated

  • Drafting letters to staff confirming the changes to their contract information

  • Assisting with adhoc projects from the HR Manager
