Role: French Speaking - Customer Service Advisor

Location: Birkenshaw

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Full Time 08:30 - 17:00

Are you fluent in French? Do you have experience working within a busy customer service environment? Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual, capable of providing excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism? If so then we have a fantastic opportunity with a highly successful company based in Birkenshaw.


  • Point of contact for all customers via telephone and email

  • Process a high volume of sales orders

  • Internal and External enquiries regarding stock items

  • Ensuring that all information is relevant and accurate when taking orders

  • Contact clients to find missing information

  • Liaise with other internal departments and customers

  • Oversee sales inbox and organise own inbox

  • Respond to all customer queries within a timely manner


  • Must be fluent in English and French, both verbal and written

  • Enthusiastic and an excellent team player

  • Confident on Microsoft packages such as word and excel

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Work accurately and efficiently under pressure
