£35,000 - £40,000* Depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Main support for the CEO and managing directors

  • Organising and maintaining complex diaries for directors and general office staff

  • Arranging and setting up meetings (including minute taking)

  • Arranging travel, accommodation and itineraries

  • Managing the inbox, responding to emails accordingly and queries

  • Send out daily reminders to ensure important tasks and deadlines are not missed

  • Manage personal social media channels and CRM system

  • Involvement and administration of some HR functions and support

  • Create documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

  • Book events, conferences, travel, transport & accommodation and create travel itineraries; collate and file expenses

  • Support the team with research, preparation, briefing, reports and other documents

  • Assisting with general administration duties and ad hoc duties



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • 1-2 years in similar PA/EA position - solid experience and longevity on CV

  • Must have supported at a high level to directors and CEO

  • Experience working in a large corporate company would be ideal

  • Knowledge or experience within a HR role/some background

  • Strong IT knowledge - Microsoft office, outlook, google docs etc.

  • Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to make decisions independently

  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and social skills

  • Excellent time management, multitasking and priorisiting ability

  • Able to support, motivate and manage office
