DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • To provide senior professional, high quality and responsive support to the Senior Management Team & Trustees

  • To organise and support meetings of the Board, Subcommittees, Senior Management Team, Managers and staff team

  • Full diary management and travel arrangements

  • Expenses and logging when required

  • Support the team with research, preparation, briefing, reports and other documents

  • Answering telephone calls and details and passing on concise messaged

  • To act as the first point of the contact

  • Organise, prepare agendas and take minutes or notes of board meetings

  • To coordinate arrangements for staff conferences, away days, management team meetings etc.

  • Support all HR processes

  • General ad hoc admin duties to support



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Previous experience as a PA or equivalent to a Chief Executive, boards or senior staff

  • Experience of working with a voluntary sector, government or charity

  • Excellent knowledge of IT applications and software's

  • Strong organisaitonal skills, ability to manage workload, prioritise, use initiative, strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Managing diary and travel arrangements very important

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well and manage teams and directors

  • Self-motivated, personable and happy attitude

  • Willingness to learn, build upon skills and work effectively with learning schemes and team
