We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant for one of our clients based in Wimbledon. This is a temporary role for 6 months and they require for someone to start immediately so please do not hesitate to apply today!


Brief overview of the role:



  • To provide executive and administrative support to the Office, including management of e-mail, complex diary management, organising meetings and events, preparation/distribution of meeting papers, taking minutes and developing action logs, identifying and resolving issues to avoid escalation and acting as the main channel of communication for the Acute Sustainability Programme Office

  • To provide event planning and coordination support.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:



  • To take a proactive approach in supporting the Director and Senior Manager by anticipating their requirements and allowing them to maximise their time.

  • To prioritise and manage the workload of the Office, often working within tight timescales, prioritising tasks in line with organisational objectives.

  • Promptly and accurately produce: letters, reports, tables, minutes, and other documents, as required. Copy and distribute correspondence/data as required.

  • To support with maintaining and updating the portfolio of internal and external programme related meetings, including and forward plans (including the weekly team planning meetings).

  • To coordinate the programme's portfolio of events, providing support with the procurement and commissioning of services, booking of venues and relevant equipment, creation of marketing materials and overseeing of the events on the day.

  • To provide administration of meetings on a regular and ad hoc basis ensuring sourcing of dates in line with programme timelines, booking of venues, preparation and distribution of agendas and papers, producing high quality minutes/notes and ensuring actions are followed up and closed.
