Executive Assistant to COO, MD and Business Affairs team - £45,000- £55,000 DOE

OA Executive is excited to be working closely with a production company based in London that is looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Legal and Business Affairs and to manage HR and legal processes for the COO and Business Affairs team.

Your responsibilities will include both traditional EA duties as well as being involved with their Business Affairs, hence why they are looking for an EA who has both legal and HR experience.


  • Managing multiple diaries and setting up meetings and calls for the MD, COO and Head of Legal and Business Affairs, often across different time zones

  • Booking travel, restaurants, events and meeting rooms for the executives

  • Setting up conference calls when required

  • Monitoring multiple inboxes

  • Completing monthly credit card reports and expense

  • Managing various HR processes

  • Assisting in organising launch events

  • Working closely with the EA to the CEO to organise company events, away days, screenings

  • Assisting business affairs team responsibilities in managing deals, issuing and executing documents such as NDAs

  • Managing the prompt signature, filing and distribution of various agreements

  • Managing diaries and meeting requirements of the business affairs team

  • Ad hoc legal research

This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to work as part of close-knit team who are based in a vibrant and friendly working environment.

To be successful you will have significant experience of providing EA support to senior executives. Your experience will be within the entertainment industry and you will have experience dealing with legal and HR duties.

The ideal candidate will be professional, calm, friendly and highly organised. A positive, can-do attitude is key. You must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word. PowerPoint and Excel.
