Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary to permanent Executive Coordinator for a high-flying company located in Kingston upon Thames.


This is a great opportunity to work in a professional & welcoming team. After work on Friday's they take advantage of the bars and restaurants on the Thames to unwind for weekend!


This role requires a highly organised candidate with a "can do and flexible attitude" as this role is varied. In addition to supporting the CEO and CFO you will be responsible for managing the front of house and office.


Duties would include but are not limited to:




  • To support the CEO and CFO with managing busy diaries, arranging meetings and arranging extensive travel.

  • Prepare agendas for weekly, monthly and quarterly team meetings

  • Prepare board packs for monthly board meetings,

  • Managing the office contracts for equipment and ordering office supplies

  • Processing expenses and finance administration

  • Managing purchase orders and invoices

  • Responsible for the Front of House



QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES


The Ideal Candidate will Ideally have:


Previous experience within a similar role, organising and supporting management



  • Extremely organised with acute attention to detail

  • A flexible approach with the ability to multi task

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Results driven, with the ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines

  • Familiarity with all major office applications MS office,

  • Must live within a commutable distance to Kingston
