SALARY: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

HOURS: Monday - Friday (8am-4.30pm)

OVERVIEW:


I am proud to be working with a leading Educational Provider in Ascot who are recruiting an Estates Administrator to join their fast paced team. This is an exciting role for someone who is highly organised, dynamic and full of positive energy. Ideally you will have a background in Estate/Property/Facilities or Horticultural within the Administration field. You will assist the Project Directors in the day to day delivery across x4 sites.


The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Support the Project Director with a variation of Administrative Tasks including diary management, dictation and taking minutes

  • Raising work orders, processing invoices and tracking expenditure

  • Coordination of residential property lets which involves monitoring rent, updating the database, renewing tenancy agreements etc.

  • Support Estates Managers and Grounds Managers

  • Update database with H&S information

  • Review job status for each request at the end of each day

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients for Estates Team

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills

  • Strong typing speed required

  • Proven experience within a similar or like for like role

  • Professional and accurate written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong communicator with a positive attitude towards stake holders

  • Strong attention to detail with a logical approach

  • Common sense and ability to use initiative
