London Bridge


£32-40k depending on experience


12 month FTC



Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm



Are you an experienced PA looking to join an exciting and interesting organisation? My client are based close to the London Bridge area and looking for a friendly and hard working EA to join their company on a 12 month fixed term contract.



The successful candidate will be supporting at senior level as well as providing office management support to the office. The position will be 10-15% Office Management and 85-90% EA duties.



Duties of the role:



  • Provide general office managerial support

  • Point of contact for staff and all contractors

  • To provide comprehensive diary management appointments are arranged in good time

  • Monitoring e-mail

  • Arranging suitable travel and accommodation

  • Act as first point of contact

  • Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests

  • Organise meetings and conferences as required by arranging venues, accommodation and refreshments

  • Prepare and issue agendas and minutes for meetings, attending as minute taker as required.

  • Process expenses

  • Type and prepare documents, correspondence, presentations and reports

  • Organisation of department days'

  • Carry out reception duties when required

  • Adhoc duties



Experience:



  • Immediately available to start a new role

  • Experience within a PA/EA role at senior level

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and on own initiative

  • High degree of organisational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A good team player.

  • The ability and drive to deliver work at the highest quality within a fast-paced environment.
